Perspective can be everything in life. “To change ourselves effectively, we first had to change our perceptions.” Maybe you’ve heard that quote before, maybe not. The point is that gaining a different perspective on anything can be valuable information. We found a really interesting post over the weekend written from a unique perspective.
The post comes from a blog called The Ancient Wisdom Project written by a guy named Dale. The project is a series of experiments in which the author dedicates a 30 day period to practicing, studying, and reflecting on a single ancient philosophy or religion. His hope is to attain personal growth.
In April of this year, Dale wrapped up his 30 days of Catholicism. We found his review to be enlightening. He wrote about Catholicism and its effect on his life. Topics covered include love and compassion, clarity, his career, the value of Mass, talking with God, and some tips for anybody looking to replicate his Catholic month. This was really interesting to read. We felt compelled to leave a comment over on his post. We recommend any Catholic or non-Catholic check out Dale’s post. It offers a unique perspective on the Catholic faith. Leave him a comment with your thoughts too!
